Athen Airways har problemer

Det er mye "action" i Hellas f.t , det er sikkert
Vi har booket billetter Skyros- Athen i september med Athen Airways, men for noen dager siden fikk vi mail fra dem, her er et utdrag :

We regret to inform you that due to a recent and unforeseen
decision by the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority, Athens Airways
is now obligated to discontinue their Public Service Operation lines.

This includes all routes ceded to the airline on 24/03/2010 as a result
of the Minister’s of Infrastructure, Transport and Network decision and
public bidding for the routes. Flights related to those Public Service
Operation lines will be suspended.

This has resulted in the non-operation of your flight(s) on the scheduled
date(s) and time(s) you have chosen and we are very sorry for any inconvenience
this may cause you. This suspension has been caused by extraordinary
circumstances that could not have been predicted or avoided by us. Obviously,
our company will dispute the aforementioned illegal decision through the courts.

In light of the above, we will proceed to a refund of the total cost of your
ticket, back to the original method of payment.
