Har just tittat på recept på denna rätt. Filodeg fylld med getost. Snurra ihop och stek/fritera i olivolja i en stekpanna. Det ska man kunna klara av hemmavid....
Här följer receptet som jag läste.. Cheese pie from Skopelos For the dough: 1 kg of wheat flour 1 spoonful of olive oil 1 small spoon of vinegar a little salt water (as much as it is needed to make the dough firm) For the stuffing ½ kg of goat cheese Instructions In a bowl mix the flour with the rest of the ingredients. Work the dough well and let it “rest” for a while. Put flour on a flat surface and using the niseste (this is a round tool used to make the dough thin) make thin layers of dough, one by one. Take a layer of dough and spread some oil on it, grind the cheese with your hand on the layer, covering 1/3rd of its surface, creating an ellipse. Fold the layer with the cheese inside in circular shapes. Fry the pie from both sides in a pan with plenty of olive oil. Take them of the pan with a perforated spoon. The Skopelos cheese pie is delicious, stuffed only with goat cheese. |
